DietSys

DietSys is a DOS program that was designed for the analysis of food frequency questionnaires which are in the format of the Health Habits and History Questionnaire (HHHQ). The HHHQ is a diet history questionnaire developed at the National Cancer Institute (NCI) by Dr. Gladys Block and her colleagues. Dr. Block is now with the University of California at Berkeley.

Information and software related to the HHHQ and DietSys are provided here as a service to researchers using the HHHQ in ongoing studies. However, the NCI no longer develops updated versions of either the HHHQ forms or the DietSys software.

The Diet History Questionnaire (DHQ) is a newly developed food frequency questionnaire being distributed by the NCI. Go to the Diet History Questionnaire Web site for more information about the DHQ and the DietCalc software used to analyze it.
